Payment Restrictions

We would like to inform you about the reasons why our store cannot accept online payments for products. Unfortunately, global payment system censorship does not allow payment gateways or banks to process transactions for items such as bongs or cannabis seeds.

Reasons and Legal Basis

There are numerous rules and laws around the world regulating the trade of cannabis-related products. For instance, according to the provisions of the FATF (Financial Action Task Force) and the requirements of international payment systems such as Visa and MasterCard, transactions involving cannabis are considered high-risk and are subject to special scrutiny.

In our efforts to enable online payments, we reached out to our partner bank, TBC Bank, but unfortunately, they declined our request. Additionally, we contacted payment gateways operating in Georgia, such as Payze.io, but faced similar refusals.

We even attempted to partner with international services, but due to Georgian laws, we are only allowed to accept payments in Georgian Lari. These regulations prevent many payment gateways and banks from processing transactions related to our product range. Therefore, we must offer alternative payment methods to ensure you can access our products.

Why Do Some of Our Competitors Offer Online Payment?

Many of our competitors in Georgia operate as grow shops. A large portion of these companies work primarily as home goods or gardening supplies stores, with smoking accessories and seeds being added categories, likely after they passed the scrutiny of the payment system or bank.

True culture often faces ostracism and restrictions. Our limitations arise precisely because we represent the true 420 community, fully dedicated to this culture and its values.
